Outside of scheduled check-ins, you can expect comprehensive 24/7 support from me via WhatsApp. This includes assistance with any challenges you might face, guidance on your training and nutrition, and motivation to keep you on track towards your goals.

The ACTA platform is an online system that helps me to collect and display data about your progress in an easily understandable format. It's a tool that enhances communication, understanding, and, ultimately, the success of your journey.

The onboarding process starts with a detailed questionnaire that allows me to understand your lifestyle, goals, and fitness level. This information forms the basis for your personalised training and nutrition plan. We then have a launch call where I gather more information prompted by information provided in the questionnaire. We also go through a goal-setting session to establish clear and measurable objectives.
You will then be onboarded with a comprehensive plan, a timeline for the plan and full access to both me and the ACTA platform. A video will be recorded and sent out to you detailing all of this information.

My coaching requires a three-month minimum commitment. If for some reason, you are not happy with the service, you can schedule a call with me and a solution will be found. I also, reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund for the previous months coaching. Should you wish to finish coaching with me, I require at least two weeks notice of cancellation.

After the initial three-month period, we'll evaluate your progress and discuss the next steps. My philosophy is to work with you for as long as it's necessary to help you achieve your goals. While I am more than happy to work with clients for the long term (I have had some clients for over 2 years), my ultimate aim is for you to acquire the tools and knowledge to become your own coach and maintain your health goals for life. The three-month minimum sign-up is in place because it represents the minimum time required to truly experience and appreciate the benefits of a personalised coaching program. It's a journey and commitment, but one that's designed to empower you for a lifetime of health and fitness.

My round-the-clock support means I'm available 24/7 (with reasonable boundaries in place, which I will set) to provide guidance, answer your queries, and help you navigate any challenges you may encounter. This support is provided via various platforms including WhatsApp, Loom, Google Meet, or whichever method best suits you.

The free consultation is a one-off service for individuals who have specific questions about health and fitness.
As part of your response, we'll discuss your question in-depth and I'll provide a video/voice note/email reply with an answer.
Please note, however, this consultation does not include provision of training plans or programmes. It's a no-obligation service designed to help you get the information you need.
