  • My 1-1 online coaching is a comprehensive, full-spectrum programme designed to guide you on your health and fitness journey. I will support you in getting from A to B, whatever that B, happens to be. It's not just about achieving your goals, it's about making lasting lifestyle changes and instilling the tools and knowledge you need to maintain them for the rest of your life.

    Terms and Conditions

    I offer a 3-month minimum sign-up to ensure you have the time and support you need to make meaningful changes. I also reserve the right to refuse service or to terminate the contract (with a full refund) if deemed necessary.

  • Within my 1-1 coaching framework you’ll receive,

    Personalised Training Plan: I start by designing a training plan customised to your fitness level, availability, and goals. This plan is fluid, adapting as you grow stronger and as your goals evolve.

    Nutritional Support and Guidance: Nutrition is crucial for your progress, and there's more to food than just macronutrients. While I can, and will, provide precise macronutrient guidance when necessary, and advanced nutritional strategies. I'll also guide you in making food choices and behaviours that not only align with your health and fitness objectives but also support your relationship with food.

    Behavioural Support: As part of my coaching approach, I'll work with you to break old habits and build new ones that align with your values and support your fitness journey.

    Athletic Goals Support: For those with high-performance athletic goals, I provide specific guidance and support to help you reach new heights.

    Weekly Check-ins and Daily Trackers: Regular accountability is a key element of my program. You'll check in weekly and use daily trackers to ensure you're on the right path.

    24/7 Support via WhatsApp: You'll have direct access to your coach via WhatsApp, providing you with the support and answers you need, whenever you need them.

  • Initial Consult Call: Book your first consult call with me. This is my chance to understand your goals and needs and for you to learn how I can help you achieve them.

    Onboarding: Once we've decided to work together, you'll fill out a detailed questionnaire that gives me insight into your lifestyle, preferences, and ambitions. I then use this information to build your customised plan.

    ACTA Platform and Google Sheets Access: You'll have access to my exclusive ACTA platform and Google Sheets where I collect and display your data in an easy-to-understand format. This allows me to track your progress and make necessary adjustments along the way.

    WhatsApp Communication: You'll have round-the-clock support via WhatsApp, enabling real-time communication, coaching, and rapid assistance whenever you need it. Whether it's a quick question about your plan, a moment of motivation, or urgent help, you're never alone in your journey.

    Regular Check-Ins: Through weekly check-ins, I monitor your progress, address any concerns, and make any needed adjustments to keep you on track towards your goals.

    Continued Support: I provide support using all means at my disposal. This includes Loom for personalised video responses, Google Meet for in-depth conversations, and other communication methods best suited to your needs. My aim is to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
